About me
I am a mom of three determined to loose 30 pounds before I turn 30. I am not a fitness instructor by any means but I am continuing to educate myself and pass along tips and recourses that I have learned. I am here to share my strengths, weaknesses and encourage other women to walk with me. It is never an easy journey but one that is much needed.
We are Moms in the pursuit of physical fitness. By creating this blog it is my hope that we can support, hold each other accountable and cheer each other on to a healthier lifestyle.
